This is how I run my real estate business. I focus on the client needs, whether they are selling or buying.

I know the market and what it takes to sell my clients' houses for the HIGHEST PRICE in the FASTEST TIME. Whether it be a small home or a luxury home, when meeting with a client to discuss selling their home, I listen to their concerns and answer all their questions. I explain my marketing strategy and pricing. I also use a professional stager to bring out all the beauty in the home so it shows great online and in person. I use a professional photographer, because these days the first showing of a property is online. I make myself available to explain and guide them to the closing table.

Buying a home can be challenging in today's market. I enjoy working with all kinds of buyers; first time buyers, people upsizing and downsizing. I strive to help them find the house they love. I guide my clients in submitting the best and most competitive offer possible. I am a strong negotiator, having worked in labor relations and bringing up 3 kids!

I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Divorce Real Estate Specialist. I am patient and empathetic in helping seniors and their families, and divorcing couples.
My goal is to make stressful life situations a little less stressful with my professional help.
